It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. Our humble home has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath; 1 queen size bed & 1 daybed with trundle houses 1-4 guests. A futon in the sunroom makes for 1 more small sleeping space. Kitchen is lightly equipped. Washer & dryer onsite. Walk to Magnolia, hospitals, drive 1 mile to zoo, drive 2 miles to Dickie’s, 2 miles to TCU & more! Old charming historic home. No fur friends allowed.

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

Our historic home was built in 1908 with a carriage house in the rear of the property. We have fully renovated the carriage house to be a comfortable and relaxing space. There is a hot tub under the trees that is yours to enjoy. We are close to the Cultural/Museum district, Trinity Trails, TCU, West 7th and a short walk to the cutest restaurants, bars and shopping in Fort Worth on Magnolia Ave. The carriage house would be a perfect space for solo travelers or couples.
