Åbent miljø hvor fællesskab er i højsædet. Hygge & simple living. Have med trampolin. Tæt på indkøb og på bus. 1 km til shoppingcentret Fields, gode cafeer og bagerier, metro og togstationen "Ørestad". I er velkomne de perioder hvor vi ikke selv benytter huset 😊 Jeg møder mine gæster som jeg selv vil mødes 😊

Our little gem is almost 100 years old & combines modernity with Danish retro charm.💎 The house is centrally located while still being quiet & peaceful with a garden to relax after a fun day in the city centre. We offer two guest bikes, with which it takes 20min into the old town, 10min to christianshavn, Christiania or Amager Strand🏖️. The metro is a 12min walk away, the 🚌 3min. 113m2 living space & a large garden offer plenty of space for a family or friend group of up to 5 people 🏡🌻

Villa apartment w/ garden

This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. On the second floor we are living - Me, my husband Soren and our son Vitus. There are many grocery shops near by, and a lovely park just down the street.

Our lovely home with room for 2 adults and 3 kids have been newly modernized. You can sit the beautiful garden while you have dinner or in the lounge are with a small bon fire. The beach is only 20 minutes by walk, you will be located only 12 minutes by car to Copenhagen and the airport is only 6 minutes away. Great for families who likes to stay in a silent areas, but yet be close to Copenhagen. We do love this place and we are sure you will as well :)

If you would love to experience real Danish "hygge", please be our guests! We have an original and eclectic home with old and new furniture, books, art and objects in one wonderful mix. There is a lovely garden for the spring and summertime with fruit trees and flowers and a wood stove inside for the wintertime. A lovely beach and harbor are a ten minute walk away. Also, you can be in the center of town with the local Metro train in just 15 minutes!

Dette er et af de smukkeste og mest attraktive områder i København. Et nabolag med fine byhuse på en stille villa vej og kun med trafik fra beboerne i området. Fra huset kan du komme til lufthavnen, byens centrum eller stranden på kun 15 minutter. Huset er fra 1902 og totalrenoveret i 2020. Boligen 140 m2, 3 soveværelser, 2 toiletter - et brusebad. Køkken med alle faciliteter. Skøn have med terrasse, havemøbler og grill.

Relax at our peaceful family home with a spacious garden during your Copenhagen stay. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the center. It is our private home, and we love sharing it with travellers to give a local experience. We are working in the creative field and we love using airbnb when travelling ourselves. Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!
