The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
