Casa Mandarina wurde 2015 für eine leidenschaftliche Surffamilie in der Schweiz erbaut und ist ein atemberaubendes Beispiel dafür, wie gut das Leben in El Salvador sein kann. Das Paradies ist eine Untertreibung, suche nicht weiter nach deinem perfekten Surfurlaub. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen (1 Paar und 2 Personen) , Klimaanlage und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine Außendusche, um das Salz abzuholen. Wir empfehlen ein hohes Auto oder einen Geländewagen, um das Haus zu erreichen!

Shalpa ist eine Bucht mit viel Geschichte, und dieses Haus ist Teil ihrer Gründung. Es war mehr als 40 Jahre in den Händen derselben Familie, und die neuen Besitzer (Freunde der Familie) haben das gesamte Anwesen renoviert. Das Haus liegt im Herzen des Dschungels, zwei Blocks vom Meer entfernt (7 Minuten zu Fuß), ein geräumiges und schönes Haus mit schönen Gärten, riesigen Bäumen, mit Erholungs- und Entspannungsbereichen: Pool, Terrasse, Terrassen, Ranches, Hängematten, Grill, etc. Die Flora und Fauna ist in der Gegend reichlich vorhanden.

We offer a comfortable and independent stay in a two-story house 50 meters from the beach, with 200 MB Wi-Fi, equipped for long stays and remote work. On the first level there is a garden with palm trees ideal for relaxing and a terrace with the outdoor dining area; on the second level there is air conditioning, a glass door that connects the interior with the exterior and a balcony with a view of the sea and garden.
