La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

La struttura è molto vicina alla storica pescheria di Catania e quindi a molti ristoranti tipici della zona che vi permetteranno di gustare la cultura culinaria siciliana. Intorno alla struttura c’è possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in strada ma l’auto non sarà custodita,o è possibile usufruire di alcuni parcheggi custoditi a pagamento.
