Setzen Sie sich auf die Veranda und beobachten Sie die Kois, die in einem Teich direkt vor der Terrasse schwimmen. Blicke über die wunderschönen Gärten, die für die Vögel und Schmetterlinge angelegt wurden. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle, die direkt vor der Veranda genossen werden kann, und einen grünen Eierräucherofen zum Kochen. Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein offener Grundriss mit Oberlichtern und viel natürlichem Licht.

Gemütlicher und ruhiger Kurzurlaub, umgeben von viel Grün, eingebettet zwischen McNally Park und Mobile Bay, nur wenige Gehminuten von malerischen Ausblicken auf Mobile Bay und den öffentlichen Park entfernt. Es gibt Bootsrampe in Perch Creek sowie in die Bucht. Die Unterkunft ist 45 Minuten von Dauphin Island und seinen Stränden an der Golfküste entfernt. Dennoch sind das Stadtleben und die Innenstadt von Mobile nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus wurde 2023 komplett umgebaut. Bei Bedarf können 6 Gäste hinzugefügt werden, indem ein zweites Haus auf demselben Grundstück gebucht wird.

Eingebettet in eine ruhige Waldlandschaft wirst du nicht einmal merken, dass du zentral in Mobile gelegen bist! Nur 10-12 Minuten von der historischen Innenstadt entfernt, egal ob du ein wunderschönes Kunstmuseum oder das Nachtleben von Mobile magst, du hast Zugang zu allem! Nur 4 Gehminuten vom Medal of Honor Park, 4 Fahrminuten vom lokalen Nachbarschaftsmarkt und eine kurze Fahrt von Restaurants und lokalen Restaurants entfernt. Top Golf und Dave & Busters sind nur eine kurze 6-minütige Fahrt entfernt! Die Couch wurde kürzlich aufgrund von Schäden ausgetauscht.

Centrally located in West Mobile. By Girby rd and Hillcrest ave area. Close to interstates I10 & I45. Under 5 miles to Pilot Catastrophe and USA university. Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped. Friends and family gatherings are welcome, not big parties. Security cameras outside property. You will not be disappointed. No smoking or vaping allowed $150 fine. If any animal is detected, you will be asked to leave without reservation fee refund. Enjoy this beautiful and safe area home!

Innenstadt (B) Historischer Detonti Square District

This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Shade trees can be seen through the fixed windows near the cathedral ceiling. Feels as though you are in a treehouse! Bedroom has one queen bed & can be closed off from kitchen & living room. House is new and within a fenced yard. It’s to the rear of owner’s home and backs up to a flower nursery. Very quiet. Great place to study, work online, or just relax. Swing on Front Porch. Pets for short term. No cats.
