Tout l'équipement de la maison est entièrement neuf l'électroménager, la literie et le linge de maison.

Située au troisième étage comme la chambre Badis , la chambre Tingis se distingue par sa grande salle de bain en zellige vert et tadelagt avec fenêtre et sa terrasse privative. Comme les autres pièces de la maison les matériaux qui l 'habillent sont traditionnels : carreaux de ciment , tadelagt , bois ...et elle est très lumineuse .
