Mathildedalin ruukkikylän keskustassa, erinomaisessa kunnossa oleva yksiö 1852 valmistuneessa Anttipoffin talossa. Teijon kansallispuisto reitistöineen sijaitsee ympäristössä. Rantaan ja rannan palveluihin on matkaa 300 m. Keskuspuiston Adventure Golf , padel- ja tenniskentät ovat 500 m päässä, samoin PetriS Chokolate suklaakahvila ja puoti.
