A short distance to the beach, Belmont Park, Sea World, and only 15 minutes to La Jolla Cove, Balboa Park or Downtown San Diego. You'll be living in a beautiful San Diego Beach Community while you're here. Our home is spacious with three full bathrooms and a game room downstairs. Please note: this is a second floor townhouse and we have neighbors downstairs, quiet are hours from 10 PM-8AM.
