This Bay view studio is centrally located, with easy access to highways, to SF (via the ferry if you like), to Berkeley, Oakland, Marin, the wine country & to the coast. The studio is walking distance to charming restaurants, bars, shopping, and great hiking trails.

The Beach Cottage- A Simple Sanctuary

You will be about 40 paces to the beach (4th house from the beach) and a lovely 5-minute walk to town. On its own separate lot, with a sweet little yard with lounge chairs, Bbq, and a firepit, The Cottage is fresh, immaculate, peaceful, cozy, comfortable, romantic, and tranquil.
