A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

The apartment/duplex is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat. 35 miles to Auburn.

Relax on the covered porch , by the fire pit, fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock.
