A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Cottage with small private beach for Kowaliga residents only a few blocks away (see photos). Main bedroom has queen bed & bunk room sleeps 4. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Public boat docks & ramps on the lake (kayak & boat rentals available there). Minutes from famous Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for $75 pet fee per stay! I can’t accommodate cats due to allergy. Minimum $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Daine Lodge is a rustic hideaway duplex with beautiful water views from the back patio. The apartment/duplex is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Property was formerly managed by a local company we were co-hosts. We lost reviews when we became hosts. Splash at Lake Martin a newly furnished (photos 7/1/25) luxury lake home for your family and friends. 10 min to Alexander City shopping/dining. Less than 1 mile to River North Marina by boat or car for fuel and gear, 3.4 miles by car and closer by boat to Alex City boat ramp to put in your toys. North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat. 35 miles to Auburn.

Nature’s Cove Cabin B-kayaks/fire pit/pet friendly

This tiny cabin nestled in the woods is the ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature near the lake! Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch , by the fire pit, fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock.

Located on the Montgomery side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

This little cabin was a labor of love for our family. It’s a mix of new remodel and old cabin authenticity. It’s a coat of many colors and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. My brother and I decided to take on a project together and with the help of our beloved spouses we took this little diamond in the rough to its current prime. We have plans to continue the vision and make more space, but for now, we’re ready to share our accomplishment with you.
