It is equipped with a double bed (187cm/125cm updated March 2025) and an extra pull out bed ( that turns into a dining area), clothes cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, 12V refrigerator, gas stove, indoor shower, portable toilet, fresh and gray water deposit. It is powered by a 330wp solar panel with 1kw 12/24w inverter . There is also a 12V roof-vent and a diesel heater.

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.
