Großvaters Haus befindet sich auf etwa 4 Hektar Land und bietet Komfort sowie Ruhe und Frieden. Nur 2,5 Meilen von der Innenstadt von Warm Springs entfernt. Unser Haus ist eine Viertelmeile von einem Bahnübergang entfernt (und dies ist eine Gemeinde, die um die Eisenbahn herum gebaut wurde), sodass du vielleicht Züge vorbeifahren hörst. Die meisten Leute finden es charmant, malerisch und ziemlich typisch für eine Kleinstadt. Kinder lieben es. Smart-TVs mit Firestick-Fernbedienung. Das Haus am Teich

Das Pond House ist ein Haus im Ranch-Stil, das in den 80er Jahren gebaut wurde. Es befindet sich auf 30 Hektar Waldlandschaft mit Blick auf einen kleinen Teich. Sehr ruhige und abgeschiedene Umgebung. Wir sind die nächsten Nachbarn auf der anderen Seite des Teiches, bei Bedarf verfügbar. Unsere Großfamilie nutzt das Haus gerne. Wir freuen uns darauf, dass andere dieses warme und einladende Zuhause genießen. Keine Partys oder Versammlungen. NUR 6 Gäste, einschließlich Kinder. Nur 2 Fahrzeuge, KEINE ANHÄNGER, alternative Parkplätze können vorab arrangiert werden

Das Hardaway Cottage – ein Art-Deco-Treffpunkt

Das historische Hardaway Cottage ist ein ganz besonderer Ort. Es wurde 1933 auf dem Gelände des Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation gebaut, nur wenige Gehminuten vom kleinen Weißen Haus von Roosevelt entfernt. Dieses parkähnliche Grundstück wird im hinteren Bereich durch den FDR State Park begrenzt. Du bist zwei Minuten von der Innenstadt von Warm Springs entfernt, aber angesichts der absoluten Privatsphäre auf diesem einzigartigen Anwesen, das ADA-konform im ersten Stock des Hauses ist.
