Jardin Rocalla La Pequenita ist ein alleinstehendes Haus umgeben von einem schönen Garten. Auf dem Grundstück liegen außerdem die zweite Cabina La Grande und das private Haus des Eigentümers Benno. Der schwarze Sandstrand von Cahuita (playa negra) ist zu Fuß in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Häuschen hat eine Terrasse mit Essbereich, innen eine kleine Küche mit Gasherd und ein privates Bad mit heisser und kalter Dusche. Im ersten Stock ist eine Schlafnische mit Doppelbett und Moskitonetz.
