It has extensive lawns sweeping down to the waters edge and a private landing ideal for mooring your boat or fishing. 'Serenity' has all the modern comforts, and is beautifully fitted out. This large home can sleep up to 11 people, and offers multiple entertaining areas. Bring the boat or kayaks, and take advantage of the private community reserve by the river. For large groups, 'Serenity' is also available with it's sister house, 'Esprit', located across the street.

Delphi is positioned at the end of a no through road in the quiet village of Mylor in the Adelaide Hills only 20 minutes from the city. The property runs down to the banks of the Onkaparinga River with a large waterhole and rock escarpment. The cottage sits a the top of the property with views over the landscaped edible art garden. This comfortable and stylish home has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is ideally located with water views and you have access to your own private jetty. With a fire pit in the backyard and views right down to the lake, you can keep warm while watching the sun set. The house is also equipped with Fibre to premise NBN connection.
