This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

Lovely and peaceful location, however it has quick access to the city center (Deák square 12 min by metro/no transfer). The metro station is 150 m from the apartment! Free gifts for our guests! It can accommodate 4 people. The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom for two (king bed - 180x200), a spacious living room with a sofa-bed for two (150x200).

This small apartment is located in Óbuda, in green zone of Budapest, with easy and convenient access (20 min.) to the Center by bus or HÉV (green local railway), which stations are in the near. Bus line (number 106 or 34), local railway line (number H5). And there is a night service too (number 923). I will share my customized Google Map with you, which I’ve created for the apartment. It has different categories and it might be a good support for you in planning your days here in Budapest.

Spring Cottage: Peace & quiet in a good location.

Spring Cottage is situated separately from the main house, affording the occupants complete privacy. It's in the middle of a garden surrounded by huge trees, with a gazebo opposite the cottage for guest use. Szentendre old town is within walking distance, as well as the local tram service to Budapest. Opposite the premises is a small shop. A short ten minute walk will take you to local shops, pharmacy etc. The hosts speak three languages: English, Hungarian and Italian and some Finnish.

Frissen felújított stílusos kis lakás, szuper közlekedéssel, a Deák tér 10 perc alatt elérhető. A ház a metrómegálló mellett van, nagyon könnyű megtalálni. Az utca kellemes, egy sétányban folytatódik, ami kivezet a közeli Duna partra. A lakás első emeleten van, az ablaka a ház belseje felé nyílik, nem hallatszik be utcazaj. Kellemes, nyugodt hely, ahonnan könnyen és gyorsan elérhetőek a város kedvelt részei és folyóparton sétálni, parkba menni, kirándulni is egyszerű innen.

On the 1st floor of the building there is a separate 40 sq. two-roomed apartment with a private terrace( Please read the houserules in this connection). We recommend our place for travelers , tourists, small families who are looking for comfortable accommodation in a place that is relaxing, charming, artistic and beautiful. Die Innenstadt von Szentendre ist 10 Minuten, Budapest 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Holzhütte verfügt auf beiden Etagen über eine Klimaanlage zum Heizen und Kühlen. Das Haus ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, aber mit viel Gepäck kann es anstrengend sein.

The 30 square meter flat is freshly renovated and fully furnished being a relaxed oasis of your holiday where you can return after a long sightseeing. Despite the romantic-vintage atmosphere the flat is equipped with all the necessary gadgets you need.

Gesztenye, vendégház a Dunakanyarban

Chestnut guesthouse is a fully renovated A-frame cabin in the town of Nagymaros, only a few minutes away from the forest. With its breath-taking panorama, outdoor fireplace big garden and calm atmosphere it provides a good opportunity to relax and slow down a bit. Air conditioning (and electric panels in the winter) heat and cool the cabin so it we are open all year. The cabin can host 4 people, any pets are also welcomed.
