What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

Newly renovated home with a nice bay view, covered back patio, large yard for games and campfires, and shared limited water access for relaxing by the water. We have now decided to stay open year-round. Welcome all who love the activities and beauty of our area during November to March. We are one of the few rentals that are pet-friendly (with a small extra cleaning fee) and also allow a single night stay.
