Only 1 minute walk to the station, this 3 bedroom apartment in Strathfield is perfect for your travels. We are across the road from the Strathfield Private Hospital. There is 2 balconies with garden views for you to relax in. Enjoy the convenience of a secure carspace in the basement, it has close proximity to major transport hub at your doorstep, with express trains to the CBD (14 min), Blue Mt, Central Coast beaches and direct buses Olympic Park events, DFO Homebush and Rhodes. Surrounded by great shopping centres including Westfield Burwood, Strathfield, Chullora, Top Ryde, Lidcombe, Rhodes, Paddies Sydney Markets & DFO Homebush. Whether you choose to go to Burwood or Strathfield, we are surrounded by shops, restaurants and all the financial retail outlets The space A premium garden apartment features 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and overhead ceiling fans in each room, a spacious air conditioned lounge and dining area, fully functional kitchen and laundry, WiFi internet, 55" Smart TV, a full sized bathroom with bath tub and a shower bathroom,a desk for getting work done, 2 furnished outdoor balconies and a complimentary secure car space. The master bedroom is brightly lit with ensuite, walk-in robe, overhead fan and air conditioning and its own balcony and outdoor furniture. 2 king singles (underbed trundle) is also found in this room. Guest access 24 hour access after collecting key from mailbox left open for you, secured building with cameras for your safety and 1 secure car space allocated for the duration of your stay. The included car space is for vehicles only (no storage of other items), with a 2m height restriction. Apart from the included free car space, there are limited visitor car spaces in the garage. On-street ticket (paid) parking from 9AM-6PM and available for free after 6PM unless there are some events taking place where all the spaces are used for public buses. Other things to note If you are still thinking of booking: Enquire about our complimentary mid week cleans for stays of 8 days or more. Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 Queen and Single Trundle (2 singles) Bedroom 2 Queen Bedroom 2 King Singles Please note we will not make up Trundle beds unless it is required for extra persons. Kindly request if you want to us to make up the king single and underbed trundle beds. Otherwise extra linen in the cupboard for you to make up the beds. A portable cot together with linen and high chair are available. Please be prepared to set up and wipe down and put away after using these requested items - fees apply otherwise. Note we do not take responsibility for whether these items will be suitable for your infant. Kindly appreciate that permanent residents live within this building and respect their space (parties, excessive noise, no smoking even on the balcony and untoward behavior not acceptable). We don’t usually service the apartment during your stay -we offer a free clean leaving you fresh linen and towels for stays longer than 8 days. For each extra week you stay with us, we will provide a complimentary clean. Eg 6 week stay equals 6 complimentary cleans. For shorter stays, you may request a mid week clean which includes full linen change for $120 payable directly to our cleaner. Book the extra cleans early with your host. We do not provide a top of the accessories (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, cleaning products etc) as they are provided intially. Room configurations/furniture may vary and images are an example only. Please do not move the larger beds without approval. Host Access: from time to time, access may be required for minor maintenance (e.g. changing light globes), small urgent or scheduled repairs (not more than 1 hr) mostly beyond the control of the host - entry will be requested from you under those circumstances otherwise we will not enter the space during your stay. WIFI is offered free to guests however sometimes if internet is down for whatever reason which is beyond the host's fault, we will make all reasonable endeavours to get it up and running once you inform us. DO NOT get upset if this happens or in turn give me a bad review. Early check in (incurs a half day fee) and only possible if we do not have an overlap of guests checking out that morning - you may request to stow luggage for free however we can’t let you access showers or grab a nap whilst our presentation team are still working to ready apartment.
