This is an above-the-garage apartment at my primary home with it's own living space, separate entrance and private patio with grill. It’s a tastefully decorated, very clean and peaceful getaway ideal for a couple, small group or single person. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Studio Apartment w/sm Kitchen

Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
