Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

Although tucked away, the more touristy areas are within easy striking distance. The garden is a particular favourite with children as it is both wild and safe, with lots of wildlife. There are some lovely walks directly accessed via the back garden. The local pub has great food and is proving extremely popular with guests. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
