Just a stone’s throw away from the seafront, this little cottage has everything you need for a perfect stay in the picturesque village of Mumbles. Named after the gorgeous sea views from the top terrace. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day exploring Gower Peninsula. This quiet but steep street is only a few minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. It’s just over a mile to the stunning beaches of Langland and Rotherslade. This really is the perfect spot!

Fully equipped characterful cottage a few steps from mumbles seafront promenade, close to beaches, with driveway parking for 2 vehicles & private garden. Ideally located for a flat stroll by the sea to bustling Mumbles village with a wide range of restaurants, cafe-bars, pubs, independent shops & M&S food. Easy access to nearby beaches and the stunning Gower peninsula with Three cliffs Bay, Rhosilli, Worms head and coastal walks. Near Swansea Uni, Wales National Pool, Singleton & Clyne Parks.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.

Surfside Chalet, Limeslade, Mumbles, Gower

Surfside Chalet is light, modern and beach-themed. Many guests comment that it's a real 'home from home' with everything needed. It was my first home so I’ve designed everything to be ‘space saving’. I loved living here and really enjoy welcoming guests to stay and enjoy the beautiful local area too. It is perfectly located to walk into Mumbles or around the cliff path to Langland Bay. Plus you’re only a short car journey away from the scenic areas of natural beauty that Gower has to offer.

Bright and airy, 2 bedroom bungalow on a quiet private road. Fully enclosed rear garden & decked area. Beds can be 2 doubles or a double and 2 singles. The kitchen has all you’ll need. The lounge has smart TV, DVD, a library of 100+ sea films and a fab wood stove. One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.

The lovely Village of Mumbles is also only a stroll down the road, bustling with some lovely boutique shops, coffee shops and wine bars.

Mumbles, known for Oystermouth castle & its vintage pier, has a promenade for cyclists and walkers that extends to the city and marina & Gower’s coastal path is easily reached. Langland and Caswell beaches are either a short walk or car journey whilst Gower’s beaches are also easily accessibility

Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.

An 1840s fisherman’s cottage recently modernised. Cwtch Cottage is close to The Mumbles promenade and within easy walking distance of various places of interest; parks and beaches and shops.
