Villa Blaise ist ein geräumiges Haus mit Erdgeschoss und 1. Stock mit einer Gesamtwohnfläche von 200 m2. Es befindet sich in dem kleinen istrischen Dorf Manjadvorci, im südlichen Teil der istrischen Halbinsel. 150 m vom ersten Restaurant und 300 m vom ersten Markt entfernt. In spiaggia si puo andare a piedi (10 minuti) o in macchina. Avete a disposizione 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 divano letto in cucina (completamente fornita di tutto l'essenziale), loggia con vista mare, bagnio e TV.

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.
