The main house consists of four bedrooms totalling nine beds, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, a solarium and a geothermal heated hot tub. A smaller guesthouse is also included that sleeps three persons with a bathroom and a washer/dryer 2 fishing rods allowed

Welcome to my new and modern apartment, it's located , 10-15 minitues from Reykjavik city center. The House was built in 2022 with 6 apartments, mine is on the ground floor, stair with few steps. it is 74 sqm -The living room, kitchen and dining area is in the same section. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated. You can have a look at the set up of the apartment on the photos. The bedroom is with a 160 cm bed and it has room-darkening shades. Washing machine and dryer at the bathroom.
