The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Situato al primo piano di un edificio storico , nella zona pedonale, vicino a botteghe e ristoranti, ma in zona tranquilla. Si arriva sotto casa con l'auto per carico scarico. Nelle vicinanze parcheggio gratuito. Qui sperimenterai l'autentica vita di un vivace borgo medioevale e potrai raggiungere le spiagge di Baratti, Rimigliano, Sterpaia, Carbonifera in 20 minuti.

All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

Ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per regalarvi un’atmosfera calda e accogliente, dove la tradizione incontra il benessere: travi in legno a vista, decori antichi riportati alla luce con pazienza da me.. e i principi del Feng Shui a guidare il design, i colori e la disposizione degli arredi e delle stanze.
