Mungo Lodge was built in 2018. It was built to comply as a wheelchair accessible accomodation. There is fully accessible bathroom with show chair and railings and disabled toilet. There is wheelchair access in kitchen including accessible stove and oven. There is no lip on sliding doors to deck.The cottage is pet friendly with full fencing. It has two bedrooms and looks out over the beautiful green hills of the Southern Highlands. It is only a short distance from all the surrounding villages.

Airconditioning, king bed with Egyptian linens, 16 sq/m ensuite with double shower, sun deck overlooking the Estate's 7th fairway. Lovely views across to Mt Gibraltar, attracting 5* feedback from 95% of guests. Sunny aspect. Quiet, semi-rural neighbourhood. Small patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Free car parking adjacent to private ramped entrance. Key-safe access. By negotiation a small, mature, well-behaved dog accepted in living area, (not in bedrooms, please) and under control in garden area. My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

Close to the wonderful shops, pubs and restaurants of Bowral with off street parking included. The studio has 1 separate bedroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 additional people comfortably. This is not a separate room. This is great for a family with kids.

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!
