The Barn

Surrounded by open countryside and a superb walking distance away from the Devils Punch Bowl our converted barn is the perfect place to come and relax. It comfortably sleeps 5 and is self contained with its own kitchen and laundry facilities. We have Ultrafast fibre (up to 500mbps) should you need it for work or just to stream a film. The barn sits within our grounds and is private however should you need anything I am always around. We are within an hours drive from both London and Goodwood.

The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Welcome to the Hampton Court Hideaway, a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage), beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space can fit up to 5 for shorter breaks, and comfortably 2-3 for longer breaks.
