Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property just a 5 min drive to the centre of Roberts Creek & a 15 minute drive to the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. It is one bedroom with a Queen-sized bed plus a fold down couch in the living room. There are also two single beds in the sleeping loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized fridge. There is also a natural gas bbq available for guests to use.
