Sechelt is only 4 min. drive.

Pet friendly, we kindly ask for a $10/night fee paid direct ( 1 only please, we expect your pet to be with you at all times). A PERFECT SPOT for the winter offering a relaxing retreat with lots of BREAKFAST items provided, a private HOTTUB ( Softtub) and a wood burning SAUNA(except during fire restriction periods). Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property just a 5 min drive to the centre of Roberts Creek & a 15 minute drive to the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
