Come stay on the 1st floor of our beautiful 3-story house, complete with a separate entrance and private space including a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. You will also have access to our laundry room and backyard garden, and you can use our kitchen upon request. Please note that, while we try to be respectful about noise, sound travels easily in our place. We also have two children and a cat, so you are likely to hear us at times. People from all backgrounds are welcome!

You’ll love my place because of its charm, walking distance to the beach and easy access to public transportation. On a beautiful day in San Francisco, you won't find a better place to watch the sunset. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, surfers, and business travelers. We have ample street parking with minimal restrictions.

One-minute access to public transportation. The 29 bus and 48 bus stops are across the street.

The bus stop is tow block away on 30th Ave & Ulloa St (30 mins to SF downtown) and easy access to Lake Merce and Golden Gate Park. It has a refreshing and positive vibe with plenty of sunlight in the house. We live on the downstairs level and can answer any questions if needed.

Our place is completely remodeled and tastefully decorated with good sunlight and a view of the garden. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
