Die Suite verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang, einen bewachten Parkplatz, einen privaten Garten, 2 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, eine ausgestattete Küche sowie einen Ess- und Wohnbereich. Wenn Sie „zu Hause“ sind, genießen Sie Glasfaser-WLAN, Solarstrom, Netflix und den hauseigenen Gemeinschaftspool im windgeschützten Innenhof. Die Suite befindet sich 3 km von Mediclinic, 12 km von Wine Farms, 16 km von Waterfront und CBD sowie 22 km vom Flughafen entfernt. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Geschäften. Die Suite mit zwei Gästen ist zwar privat, aber Teil unseres Familienhauses, das von mir, meinem Partner, meiner Mutter und den Wursthunden Leo und Lola bewohnt wird. Die Gästesuite verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang, einen Parkplatz in einer gemeinsamen Doppelgarage für ein Fahrzeug, einen weiteren geschlossenen Parkplatz und eine eigene Alarmanlage. Der Wohnbereich und das Schlafzimmer der Haupteinheit sind durch einen kleinen Hauswirtschaftsbereich und eine Tür getrennt, um die Privatsphäre des Schlafzimmers mit eigenem Bad zu gewährleisten. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat einen separaten Eingang vom privaten Gästebereich mit Küchenzeile und eigenem Bad. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nebeneinander und beide haben Stapeltüren, die zum zentralen Innenhof führen und den Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool mit dem Haupthaus ermöglichen. Die Gäste haben Zugang zur Gästesuite, zum privaten Garten, zur gemeinsamen Doppelgarage und zum gemeinsamen Poolbereich des Haupthauses. Eine Fernbedienung und ein Schlüsselsatz sind vorhanden. Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, ob Sie ein zusätzliches Set benötigen. Wir können uns tagsüber persönlich und außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten telefonisch engagieren. Wir engagieren uns gerne und helfen Ihnen, Ihren Aufenthalt zu einem angenehmen und unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Die Nachbarschaft bietet das ganze Jahr über einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Tafelberg Ruhige Nachbarschaft mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und dem Einkaufszentrum Ocean Sqaure entfernt In der Küche der Gästesuite und im privaten Garten stehen Waschmaschine/Trockner zur Verfügung. Wäscheleine, ein Wasserhahn und ein Schlauch stehen zur Verfügung. Auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis können wir bei Bedarf einen zusätzlichen Reinigungsservice arrangieren. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie eine Erstausstattung mit Tee, Kaffee, Zucker und grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten für die Dusche sind vorhanden. Soak up sea breezes and uninterrupted views on the expansive wooden pool deck attached to this immaculate modern beach house. Relax on the sun loungers to the sound of the waves. Indoors, stretch out in the open-plan living spaces of two lounge areas - open planned to the kitchen and dining room areas. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. We are contactable at all times, should there be any questions needing answers to. The home is situated in the famous international landmark that is Camps Bay. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus. Beach is about 15mins walk away. My Citi bus public transport close by. Great base to explore Cape Town. Battery and inverter been installed to cover the load shedding. Can support lights, TV and wifi, but won't support appliances that will use lots of electricity such as microwave oven, hairdryer, oven, etc.
