Its small in the rooms but the common areas are large. The trail in the back gives a feel you are in the center of all the action! It has everything you need in Sunriver.

Our house is located on the Woodlands Golf Course with Mt Bachelor views. Wood burning fireplace for the winter and A/C for the summer will keep you comfortable in any season. The house has a large living room where everyone can gather and separated, private bedroom spaces. Perfect for a family vacation! Our home has been managed by a local company for years and has been very popular. We started managing it ourselves in 2019 and hope that you will enjoy our beautiful home as much as we do!

Our condo is part of the Powder Village Condominiums, B building, second floor #2. The condo has vaulted ceilings with a lofted area for relaxing. It includes a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony with seating and an electric grill. The property includes a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub that is open year round and laundry facility on property. There are paved walking/biking trails nearby and a short walk to bars, restaurants and convenience stores.

Our cozy cabin is an excellent getaway for anyone who just wants to be surrounded by everything that Central Oregon has to offer. With the National Forest and the La Pine State park just a few minutes away, there are options for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or ATV rides. During the winter season, activities such as snowboarding, skiing, sledding, and snow mobile rides are only within 40 minutes away at Mt. Bachelor. City life in Bend is only 30 min away.
