The metro is a 12min walk away, the 🚌 3min. 113m2 living space & a large garden offer plenty of space for a family or friend group of up to 5 people 🏡🌻

Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.
