You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

This place is a dream. Please enjoy the outdoors and everything this amazing place has to offer. The pool will be reopened around May 2025 (weather dependent. It is a heated pool and salt water. Pool rules: absolutely no diving. No children under the age of 18 should be near or in the pool area without supervision under any circumstances. NO glassware by the pool. If there is an incident with glass near the pool area please tell our property manager immediately. If you need anything ask!

Our modern and charming home offers over 2 acres of private space and the enormous backyard extends to a forest preserve (Don't miss fall foliage) overlooking Mount Sunapee. Inside we have plenty of space, activities and hand selected furnishings, including a 7 person hot tub, to accommodate families/ groups of up to 14.

Explore the property and feast on the blackberries in summer, raid the tomato garden in the late summer/early fall, and pick the wild fall apples for munching or baking. Bring your snowshoes or cross country skis (in winter) or hiking shoes in summer and explore the property and beyond!
