We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Located on private property tucked away off Hwy 78 East. 20 minutes from Charleston International Airport and 7 minutes from downtown Summerville. It has a queen-sized bed, and the dining table converts to a full-sized bed. You'll have access to a comfortable firepit and seating area and a barbecue grill if you want to grill out.

This charming cottage is a haven tucked off of Folly Road. Only 5 minutes from Folly Beach and 8 minutes from downtown historical Charleston. The porch over looks the large lot that is framed in by four majestic Grand Oaks that are draped with Spanish Moss, hence how the cottage was named. While relaxing it is possible to see the occasional deer, turkey, racoon and fox.

Our guest studio is located at our home minutes to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. The studio is one room and features a queen bed, dining area with an apartment size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a bathroom with a small stand up shower. There is a private entrance, covered porch and fenced yard area along with off-street parking.
