Located on 100 private acres with hiking trails. Relax in the hot tub or at the boulder-top fire pit. My wife and I live locally. Our treehouse is located in Boulder Trail, which is on over 100 acres of private land. It also includes a common area with a covered shelter, with an outdoor Fireplace that’s a short walk away. We are located 5 minutes from Summersville Lake and 15 minutes from New River Gorge National Park!

Located near Summersville Lake, the Gauley River, Summersville Sate Park, New River Gorge National Park and Preserve and Fayetteville, my house sits on 16 acres to relax and get away from it all. My goal is to make the house comfortable but still have all you need to feel at home and hang out with your friends and family. I have owned this place for 17 years and have been wanting to share this place with others to experience this great place.
