Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

What makes the villa unique is its splendid elevated position, overlooking the beach and the calm sea below, offering a picturesque view and moments of pure relaxation. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, soundproofing glass, and mosquito nets, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Il mio alloggio è vicino al mare , vicino ad arte, cultura e stupende spiagge, vi piacerà per l'intimità e la posizione ed è adatto a coppie perché e dotato di tre condizionatori , creando così una privaci totale. Nella casa troverete due kayak, 4 posti al mare con letti da spiaggia, una cassapanca con maschere, pinne e giochi , ombrelloni ,teli da mare e frigo box portatile per le vostre giornate in spiaggia. C'è anche la possibilità di organizzare delle gite giornaliere con una barca a vela.

Graziosa Villetta fronte mare

Svegliarsi difronte al mare e essere equidistanti da Cagliari a Villasimius è il modo migliore di incominciare la vostra giornata. Il villaggio di Marina delle Nereidi è immerso nel verde e si affaccia su una piccola spiaggia rocciosa dai fondali incontaminati . Potrete rilassarvi nella sua pineta attrezzata di panchine ombreggiate e giochi per bambini o concludere la vostra giornata di mare al campo di calcetto dove organizzare una partitella di pallone in compagnia.
