This is NEW & LUXUARY two bedroom apartment situated in Sukosan in only 2 min to the local beach and several other in close proximity as well as the wonderful D-Marin Dalmacija complex. Apartment is located in app 10 minutes drive from the attractive ancient town of Zadar and is only 5 km far from Zadar Airport . It is also available during winter season when our guests can enjoy in active vacation, spend time in nature and visit national parks Plitvice Lakes ,Kornati, Krka Waterfall...

Holiday House is located in Sukosan. House can accommodate up to 5 persons. Size of the house is 80 m2 with garden (150 m2). Public parking is available near the house. House is just 20 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach. In front of the house and behind the house is a garden with terrace and grill. In ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine. There is also a living room with satellite tv, WIFI and a small toilet.

Moderna i udobna kuća za 4 osobe smještena je u mirnom dijelu Sukošana, okružena prirodom. Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonicu s tušem, dodatni toalet, kuhinju, blagovaonicu i dnevni boravak s kaučem na razvlačenje. Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na terasu s blagovaonskim stolom. Gostima su dostupni TV, klima, Wi-Fi i parkirno mjesto. Kuća je 1,5 km od plaže, a do centra se stiže laganom šetnjom za 15 minuta. U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
