Holiday House is located in Sukosan. House can accommodate up to 5 persons. Size of the house is 80 m2 with garden (150 m2). Public parking is available near the house. House is just 20 m from the sea and 500 m from the beach. In front of the house and behind the house is a garden with terrace and grill. In ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine. There is also a living room with satellite tv, WIFI and a small toilet.

Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na terasu s blagovaonskim stolom. Gostima su dostupni TV, klima, Wi-Fi i parkirno mjesto. Kuća je 1,5 km od plaže, a do centra se stiže laganom šetnjom za 15 minuta. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

The villa features two en-suite bedrooms, a small additional room, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a pool, sun loungers, and BBQ.
