Apartment Mikulandra 2 is new and modern apartment situated on the ground floor with its own terrace and a spectacular sea view. It contains a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. It also has SAT TV, wi-fi, airconditioning and nearby locked parking. The terrace in front has a BBQ you can use while watching the beautiful sunset. There are two sunbeds for you. Moderna i udobna kuća za 4 osobe smještena je u mirnom dijelu Sukošana, okružena prirodom. Sadrži dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonicu s tušem, dodatni toalet, kuhinju, blagovaonicu i dnevni boravak s kaučem na razvlačenje. The villa features two en-suite bedrooms, a small additional room, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor area with a pool, sun loungers, and BBQ. I am available via Airbnb or phone and live only 10 minutes away if needed.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
