You will enter through the main house, to find 500m2 of paradise of silence and tranquility, patio, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, cinema, orchard and a beautiful recently built house of 95m2 in the historic center of the city. The property consists of two buildings, the main one through which you will access is not yet renovated and only serves as support for the new pool house which is the one for rent.

La casa está situada en la Almedina (“ciudad por excelencia”, en árabe), que constituye la parte más alta de la ciudad; la casa forma parte del llamado Arco de Consolación, que es una puerta en recodo de entrada a la ciudad amurallada, y que es obra de los almorávides. La forman calles que evocan a tiempos o lugares de la más típica construcción árabe. Su centro es la Plaza de Palacio, flanqueda por el Castillo e Iglesia de Madre de Dios; y, a su lado, la Iglesia de Santa María la Mayor.
