The ground floor maisonette has on-site private parking for 2 cars and there are car charging facilities opposite the property in the main beach car park. The holiday home has front and rear south facing gardens, a sunny patio area and plenty of room for surf boards, paddleboards and bicycles.

Lovely 3 bedroom detached house, minutes walk from the beach Located on the north side of Swanage, so just a short walk along the beach promenade to get to the main shops My family are originally from Swanage many generations ago & my great grandparents had the house built in the 1930's & has been kept in the family ever since, so the house is very special to us The house benefits from a large garden to the front, side & rear. Please note, the guests are advised to bring their own towels.

If you continue to walk along the bridleway outside the house for 5 mins, you will come out at the breathtaking Evening Hill overlooking Poole harbour.
