We are centrally located in Vermont within a half hour of five great ski resorts and all of the shopping Manchester has to offer. The grounds are scenic and peaceful, and the back of the house is 25' away from the West River. Great for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter recreation and relaxation. Just off Hwy 91, the apartment is located in the quiet, historic neighborhood of Esteyville.

This is an open, light-filled one-Bdm apartment on the lower level of our hillside home, surrounded by forests, with stunning views. Your space is 719 sf + access to laundry. We are fully vaccinated, and ask the same of guests. If you think you may have Covid please tell us. We welcome all kinds of people, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, etc. We may ask questions before accepting people who don’t have many prior reviews. We don't take pets, sorry.

This is a private suite located on the second floor of a house. Separate entrance. The owners live downstairs. Great location with mountain views. Please note: 1) Our kitchen is fully equipped, but it has a hot plate instead of the traditional stove. 2) Instead of a full-size living room there is a small sitting area with a TV in the same area where the kitchen is located. 3) Guests don't have access to the backyard/patio.
