Luxembourg Ville, Orval ou Montmédy sont en outre à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. La terrasse couverte en bois donne accès au jardin entièrement clôturé (en cours d'aménagement). L'espace de rangement peut accueillir vélos, coffre de toit, etc.
