Our charming bedroom has a queen bed, sofa, bistro table and chairs and is close to beach access at Southey Point as in our cover pic.The bathroom has a newly installed shower, washbasin and composting toilet. There is a closet and an outside deck space. Although the space doesn’t have a kitchen, there is a fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster for the convenience of our guests and continental breakfast items are provided. We look forward to welcoming guests to this idyllic part of the world.

Rosie's Studio is a very special place decorated with original paintings by the late Salt Spring Island artist - Rosemaria Behncke. This large, unique cottage/studio is situated on a 25 acre farm in the peaceful south end of beautiful Saltspring Island, close to parks, beaches, Fulford Shops and the Ferry Terminal. Located just minutes from the Mukilteo ferry and the charming sea town of Langley, our little organic hobby farm nestled beneath old evergreens offers convenient respite. Interact with sassy swan-like sebastopol geese (they love apples!) or a kaleidoscope of 50ish chickens, two roosters and our most recent additions: two brother goats named Frank and Petunia. Groomed trails lead to a 100 acre nature preserve managed by our neighbors The Whidbey Institute that we call the "100 Aker Wood".

Wake up, enjoy your coffee on one of the two porches overlooking the sunrise or the evergreens. I’ll provide coffee, creamer and a few breakfast items to tide you over.
