The Stables Granby Farm Near Shipston On Stour

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Church Cottage is my home and I have a wonderful Barn to offer to you within the Cotswolds. The Barn was converted into a living space some 40 years ago and has been built with typical Cotswold style and stone. It possess all the latest utilities with a well equipped kitchen, WiFi, flat screen TV with Amazon Prime. We are blessed in this village with a great pub, a local village shop which offers lovely local produce food whilst the local pub - Coach & Horses will offer you a warm welcome.

Kemble Station (1 mile) has direct trains to London. Water sports, lakes, beautiful villages and countryside are all nearby. The beautiful city of Bath is a 40 min drive.

Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.
