Our annexe sits in a quiet garden in a small village on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Close to Goodwood, the Chichester Festival Theatre, local wedding venues and some of the best beaches on the South Coast, it's an ideal location from which to explore West Sussex. Inside, there's a separate bedroom, comfortable and spacious living area, well-equipped kitchenette (with a welcome hamper of breakfast provisions), and a bathroom with shower. Outside, it has its own sunny little garden.

Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

In the heart of the South Downs National Park, our two bedroom terraced cottage is perfect for walkers and cyclists, couples, friends, and small families seeking a peaceful countryside break. We are situated close to Chichester, Petersfield and Portsmouth and just under 6 miles to the world famous Goodwood racecourse and motor circuit. Our local pub the Barley Mow is just 150 yards away! Pitlands Barns

Pitlands Barns is divided into three separate units, The Granary, the Stables and the Cart Shed. Ideal for families and friends wanting to spend time together, the Granary is the most spacious, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people for dining and socialising in the large entrance hall and first floor open plan area with a viewing gallery. The Cart Shed also has a very spacious living area and kitchen. The Stables is the smallest of the three but still offers ample space for 4.

Our light, modern, self contained 100 year old farm cottage is located in the rear garden of our family home with spectacular views of the South Downs. We have recently refurbished the Cottage’s two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom offering 2-4 people or a family a relaxing and comfortable break. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.
