Stabburet har strøm, men ikke innlagt vann eller toalett. Gjester kan bruke dusj og toalett i hovedhuset som ligger 30 m unna. Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.

Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.
