This amazing 150+ square meter apartment is situated in the heart of the Stone Town in Zanzibar. On the third floor of the first British Consulate in East Africa., it is a walk through history. Livingstone, Burton, Speak, Kirk, Grant and Nishal have lived here at some time in history. Its veranda has wonderful views of the sea, beach and Forodhani Gardens. The sunsets from it are amazing. Its minutes away from the best restaurants, bars, ATM machine, post office and taxi stands.

We are in fumba a quiet area 20 minutes from historical Stone Town and 20 minutes to the airport. We provide total privacy with your own swimming pool, outdoor dining area, poolside sun beds for stargazing or watch sunrise and sunset. Fumba town is close by where there are supermarket, restaurants & coffee shops.

Das Studio ist im Erdgeschoss, mitten im Garten und Kunst der Forster-Gallerery. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad/WC und eine Küche. Zum Strand sind es 2 Gehminuten. Der Hafen und Flughafen sind ca 6km entfernt. Ich lebe mit meiner Partnerin und meinem Sohn im 1 OG. Der Pool mist 11 x 3m Private Zeit im Pool organisieren wir gerne. Diverse Restaurants und Shops sowie ein cooler Club mit DJ sind zu fuss gut erreichbar. Wifi ist vorhanden.
