Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.Sheets and towel is provided.

With just a few minutes walk you'll reach the subway that will take you to the city center in five minutes. The university of Karolinska Huddinge, Polishögskolan, Södertörns högskola, Red Cross university and the large university hospital of Karolinska Huddinge is 10 min away by car.

Our house is located in a quiet, beautiful area in Nacka. Perfect for a family with kids, but also for a couple that appreciate the nature and want to explore the archipelago. It’s just 2 min walk to the bus that will take you to the city center of Sthlm in 17 min (Södermalm and Old Town). The house has everything on one floor which makes it very convenient. Access to 2 terraces from the living room to relax and have a nice barbecue. Close to foodmarket and fastfood options if needed.
