Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Min gäststuga består av ett sovrum och en vedeldad bastu. Härlig altan och utedusch. I stugan på 15 kvm finns toalett, handfat, kylskåp, micro, porslin, kaffepress och vattenkokare för enklare matlagning. På altanen finns en gasolgrill. Underbar utsikt över vattnet. Sol hela dagen och magiska solnedgångar. Passar till två personer, och uppskattar du bastu och bad så blir det här perfekt. Ligger på ön Tranholmen dit du tar dig via färja 80 från Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via gångbro från Stocksund.

The Green House Stockholm

Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

Villa 8 min från Stockholm

Rymligt boende 8 min från centrala Stockholm, med närhet till sjö och ett fantastiskt naturreservat runt knuten. Boendet har utrymme för 6-8 personer med en stor dubbelsäng, 2 st 120-sängar, en extrabädd vid behov samt en soffa. Med egen parkering, och närheten till E4:an (utan att den hörs) tar ni er runt till det mesta både i och utanför Stockholm snabbt och smidigt. Pendeltåg och tunnelbana finns givetvis nära som alternativ.

Seaside villa with amazing view

Our home in situated on the island Lidingö just outside central Stockholm. It was built 1908 by the Swedish artist Tyra Kleen. The most unique things about our home is the panorama view of the sea, and the pasty way down to the private dock where you take a dip en the sea. The house has a capacity for 7 adults but it’s more recommended for 1-2 small families.

Island cottage close to city center

There are two small cottages at the waterfront with a view over Askrikebay. You rent them bouth. Here you will find a pir, porch and sauna There are two kayaks for rent. You also have access to Stockholm City and Bogesund nature reserve by local ferry. There is a good restaurant close by at the Island.
