Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

I kökspentryt hittar du kokplattor, kylskåp, vatten och micro samt bestick, tallrikar, kaffebryggare, tekokare och allt du behöver i ett kök. Toalett och handfat finns. Obs! INGEN DUSCH! Del i hus med egen ingång. Ett lugnt och mysigt krypin där du kan vara för dig själv och återhämta dig.

Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Wifi is slow. Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Fully furnished beautiful Studio Apartment in a villa in a peaceful area. The studio is just 20 min. from the city center. The Studio offers accommodation for a couple or single with a balcony overlooking the garden, 1 bedroom (140x200cm bed) , a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge. The sofa bed in the kitchen cum living room can be converted into a floor level mattress . Fully equipped kitchen has induction stove, oven, mini fridge, kettle and toaster.

Ett mysigt boende 10 min med bil från centrum av Mariehamn. Boendet är modernt i sjöinspirerad anda. Boendet ligger i anslutning till värdparets hus i ändan på garagebyggnaden (separat byggnad) altanen är gemensam men avdelad. Boendet har full takhöjd är mysigt inredd med en stor bäddsoffa och ett loft med en 160cm säng. Boendet lämpar sig bäst för 2 personer men det går bra att bo 4 personer. Trappan upp till loftet kan vara besvärlig för äldre samt yngre personer. Området är lugnt.

Ljus och rymlig planlösning. 70 kvm, 2 separata sovrum med 2 bäddar i varje. En dubbelsäng i ena sovrummet och en våningssäng i det andra sovrummet (finns även 1 extrasäng). Sjöutsikt från alla fönster. Parkeringsplats precis vid huset som ingår i hyran. Boendet passar för familjer eller par.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
